Check out the trailer for Titan’s ‘Robotech’ reboot

New adaptation of the 1980s anime coming in July.

Titan Comics will launch a new Robotech comic in July, bringing the popular 1980s anime back to comics in a story by Brian Wood and Marco Turini. To promote the launch, they’ve released a trailer and preview pages from the book, which you can find below.

Launched on American TV as Robotech: The Macross Saga back in 1985, Robotech found its way into comics thanks to Comico, which published it for several years. The property moved from publisher to publisher in the 1990s and 2000s, including Eternity Comics, Antarctic Press and WildStorm. More recently, Dynamite Comics published a Voltron/Robotech crossover comic.
