Many comic creators, especially those on the creator-owned side, have taken merchandising into their own hands and launched their own T-shirt sites through places like Threadless. Joining them this week is Cliff Chiang, who announced a site dedicated to his hit Image comic with writer Brian K. Vaughan, Paper Girls.
The site currently has five different designs to choose from, including one sporting the first issue’s cover, and two featuring the mascots of the American Newspaper Delivery Guild, Rita Pearl and Petey Boy — who are also available as pins from the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. Head on over to the site to check them out.
Update: Threadless has a Q&A up with Chiang about the store, comics and more.
