After more than 50 years, Mary Jane Watson will jump into her own miniseries in October, titled, naturally, The Amazing Mary Jane.
Writer Leah Williams and artist Carlos Gomez will helm the series starring Peter Parker’s better half, which spins out of the recent Amazing Spider-Man #25.
Mary Jane Watson just got her big shot — but at what cost? And can she really trust anyone as she pursues her Hollywood dreams?
Mary Jane Watson made her first cameo in the pages of the original Amazing Spider-Man #25, way back in 1965, although she didn’t really make her first full appearance until issue #42. Since then she’s been a supporting character in the Spider-Man books and in other books, like Iron Man, and even shared the title with Spidey in Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane. But this time she won’t be sharing the marquee.
