Oni Press and Archie Comics have revealed two new stretch goals for their ongoing Kickstarter campaign for Afterlife with Archie: Mausoleum Edition Vol. 1, an oversized hardcover showcasing Francesco Francavilla’s original black-and-white artwork from the acclaimed horror series.
The campaign has already surpassed $50,000 in funding, unlocking a digital edition for every physical backer. Now, two more rewards are waiting to be unlocked:
At $200,000, all physical backers will receive two exclusive, vintage-style Halloween paper masks. The cut-out masks will be included with all physical orders, including the discounted Halloween Bundle, and will also be available as additional add-ons. Check’em out:
At $250,000, the Mausoleum Edition will receive a decidedly Riverdale-flavored upgrade: an exclusive, bloodied Riverdale High School Bulldogs library checkout card, just like you’d find in an old school library book:
The card will come tucked into a half sleeve prominently featured on the inside cover of the book, just like a real library checkout card. Designed to resemble the classic cards once found in school and public libraries, it features the names of familiar Riverdale residents.
The upgrade will be included with Kickstarter reward tiers 5 through 9, the Halloween Bundle, and any Afterlife with Archie: Mausoleum Edition books purchased as add-ons.
