It’s Wednesday, and you know what that means …

AEW and DC Comics — two Wednesday staples — are teaming for a comic series and cross-promotion.

Fans of All Elite Wrestling know the familiar catchphrase that the masked Excalibur says every Wednesday night to kick off AEW’s Dynamite. And comic fans, of course, know that Wednesday means “new comics.” But now the two are coming together, again, as AEW has announced a crossover miniseries that will see AEW’s wrestlers meet the Justice League in 2026.

Writer Steve Orlando will team with artist Travis Mercer on the project, which will feature covers by Lucas Meyer.

DC and AEW plan to have a “special preview edition” of the comic at the New York Comic Con later this month, where AEW owners Tony Khan and wrestlers like Jon Moxley, Swerve Strickland, Orange Cassidy and Willow Nightingale, will join comic creators Steve Orlando and Travis Mercer on a panel.
