Skybound unwraps some holiday horror in the ‘Creepshow Holiday Special’ this December

Skybound’s Creepshow Holiday Special will return this December with two tales of holiday horror, courtesy of Tini Howard, Blake Howard, Stevan Subic, Rob Williams, Pye Parr and more.

“The holidays wouldn’t be the same without a cheerful dose of horror, mayhem and cannibalism,” said Creepshow editor Ben Abernathy. “Our annual Creepshow Holiday Special is a treat to be enjoyed with your loved ones.”

Batman battles werewolves in ‘Batman: Full Moon’ this October

Rodney Barnes and Stevan Subic put Batman to the test in a new Black Label miniseries.

Killadelphia writer Rodney Barnes will make his DC debut on a Black Label miniseries featuring Batman and werewolves.

Batman: Full Moon will feature artwork by Stevan Subic, who turned a lot of heads with his work on The Riddler: Year One. The four-issue miniseries will feature “an ancient and supernatural force” that “stalks the streets of Gotham City—a werewolf so powerful it’ll defy Batman’s most trusted resources: his brilliant mind and extensive gadgetry.”

Here’s a look at the Paul Dano/Stevan Subic ‘The Riddler: Year One’ project

Jim Lee and Paul Dano shared a preview during the San Diego Comic-Con yesterday.

As revealed during the Jim Lee & Friends panel in San Diego yesterday, DC has released preview pages and variant covers for The Riddler: Year One, the upcoming Black Label project by actor Paul Dano and artist Stevan Subic.

According to DC, “Dano’s story provides an in-depth look at how the unknown forensic accountant Edward Nashton evolved into the menace known as the Riddler and came so close to bringing down the entire city.” Dano of course played the character in The Batman.

Stevan Subic will make his DC debut on ‘Riddler: Year One’

The Black Label title by Subic and first-time writer Paul Dano will kick off in October.

Renowned Serbian artist Stevan Subic, who has drawn the likes of Tarzan and Conan and worked with publishers like Soleil, Titan and Delcourt, will make his DC Comics’ debut on the Riddler: Year One, a new Black Label title coming later this year.

“DC Comics has officially unleashed the word & it is traveling around the globe already. Excited to join the flow!” Subic said on Twitter.
