At this weekend’s WonderCon in Anaheim, DC Comics shared preview artwork for many of its upcoming Dawn of DC titles, including Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and more.
Take a look …
Wonder Woman
Tom King and Daniel Sampere’s Wonder Woman will launch in September, and King was at WonderCon to preview some artwork that shows that “even half a dozen Amazon Extradition Entity (AXE) task force members are not enough to take on Diana Prince in her quest to find the truth behind alleged Amazonian-led murders.”
Batman: The Brave and the Bold
King is also writing a story for Batman: The Brave and the Bold featuring artwork by his frequent collaborator Mitch Gerads. Their story will run for four issues and retells the first time Batman and the Joker met. It arrives in May.
Unstoppable Doom Patrol
Unstoppable Doom Patrol by Dennis Culver and Chris Burnham will add a few new characters to the team, including one named Beast Girl (not to be confused with the Teen Titans Go! Beast Girl). At WonderCon, Culver also revealed that the six-issue miniseries has been expanded to seven.
Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn may not be a new title, but it becomes part of Dawn of DC with issue #28:
Green Lantern
The new Green Lantern series by Jeremy Adams and Xermanico launches in June. In the first arc the Guardians of Oa have quarantined Earth and Hal Jordan is on the hunt for Sinestro.
Cyborg
Fans of Teen Titans Go! will dig some of the villains that writer Morgan Hampton is using in the upcoming Cyborg title he’s doing with artist Tom Raney:
