Powerteen’s latest plan spells doom for Riverdale in this preview of ‘Betty & Veronica Jumbo Comics Digest’ #324

Check out an exclusive preview of a new story coming in next week’s digest from Archie Comics.

Courtesy of Archie Comics, we’re delighted to present a preview of a new story from Betty & Veronica Jumbo Comics Digest #324, which comes out May 15.

Veronica’s ego has gotten her into some pickles before, but I’m not sure Riverdale can “weather the storm” it brings this time. During a hangout with Superteen, Powerteen, Jaguar and Darkling, Veronica gets into an argument about which hero is the best — so she decides to release an imprisoned supervillain, Climate Changling, to prove it. What could go wrong? See the first panel for the answer to that question. (Also, Climate Changling is a brilliant name for a villain.)

Check out the preview by Ian Flynn, Steven Butler, Jim Amash, Glenn Whitmore and Jack Morelli below. We also have a complete, “classic” Veronica story that will appear in this issue, where Veronica shares her fears about going to prom with Archie.

Little Betty & Veronica team with the Boy Buddies in ‘Betty & Veronica Jumbo Comics Digest’ #311

Check out an exclusive preview of two new stories coming in next week’s digest from Archie Comics.

Courtesy of Archie Comics, we’re pleased to present a preview of Betty & Veronica Jumbo Comics Digest #311, which comes out Feb. 8.

Today we have previews of two new stories that will appear in the digest, starting with “Operation: Brainbust” by Tom DeFalco, Bill Galvan and Ben Galvan. It features a team-up between Little Betty and Veronica and the superhero sidekick team known as the Boy Buddies. Roy the Super-Boy and Dusty the Amazing Boy Detective are showing the two girls around the campus of the Montgomery Military Academy when they notice someone up to no good.

The second story, “Ransomware Beware,” is by Francis Bonnet and Rex Lindsey. In this one, Lodge Industries has to deal with a ransomware attack, and the girls bring in Detective Fu Chang to help Mr. Lodge with his dilemma.

Below you’ll find previews of both stories, plus a complete classic Betty & Veronica story featuring a snowstorm (which hits home today considering I’m currently surrounded by a frozen wasteland in Texas). Enjoy!

Today we have previews of two new stories that will be in next week’s (next month’s? next year’s) digest, featuring the return of two Mighty Crusaders characters we’ve seen recently — Fly Girl and Inferno. In the first story by Ian Flynn and Ryan Jampole, Fly Girl, aka Kelly Brand, hangs out with Betty and helps her come up with a new superhero name for herself — something besides “SuperTeen.” The second story features Inferno, Veronica and evil clowns. It’s by Flynn and Bill Galvan.

Betty & Veronica fight crime with Fly Girl in ‘Betty & Veronica Jumbo Comics Digest’ #309

Check out an exclusive preview of a new story coming in next week’s digest from Archie Comics.

Courtesy of our “fly” friends at Archie Comics, we’re pleased to present a preview of Betty & Veronica Jumbo Comics Digest #309, which comes out Nov. 23.

This digest will include two new stories, in addition to a selection of classic Archie material. Our preview today includes pages from “Super Sale!” by Ian Flynn and Ryan Jampole, which features an appearance by Kelly Brand, aka Fly Girl, aka the daughter of the original Fly Girl Kim Brand. As eagle-eyed continuity followers might remember, Kim passed on the mantle to Kelly in the 2012 Mighty Crusaders series.

Check out the preview and solicitation information below.
