The Punisher faces off with the Predator in a new miniseries

Frank Tieri and Jesús Saíz bring ‘pop culture’s greatest killing machines’ together for a bloody confrontation.

The Punisher is popping up everywhere these days, from numerous comic miniseries to Disney+ specials to big budget blockbusters like the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day. But he’s found someone who won’t be so happy to see him, as he faces off the Predator in a new miniseries.

The four-issue miniseries by Frank Tieri and Jesús Saíz will put Frank Castle against the galaxy’s greatest hunter, following in the footsteps of Black Panther, Wolverine and other Marvel characters who have faced off with the aliens.

“This is the series that’ll answer the age-old question of who is pop culture’s greatest killing machine,” said Tieri. “Now, fans know I’ve written the Punisher before—in everything from Punisher Noir to the legendary Space: Punisher—but this is the first time I’m actually tackling the Predator. And as a teen who was front row glued to his seat in the theaters as Arnold yelled ‘Get to the Choppa!’ pitting these two against each other is especially a thrill for me.”

The comic will not only feature the Punisher and the Predator facing off, but you can also expect “a murderer’s row of underworld villains,” including Kingpin, Jigsaw, Silvermane and The Owl.

The first issue will include variant covers by Alex Maleev and Leinil Francis Yu:

The miniseries kicks off in November.
