Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Andrea Broccardo will introduce a new threat named Patchwork Jack in the oversized issue.
Marvel’s giant-sized celebration of the anniversary of their Giant-Size line goes Hulk-sized next April, as Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Andrea Broccardo team up for Giant-Size Incredible Hulk.
Johnson, the writer of the ongoing Incredible Hulk series, has been bringing his A-game to the title, introducing and re-introducing all sorts of monsters for the Jade Giant to fight. In this oversized issue, the Hulk will encounter a new threat name Patchwork Jack.
“The North Star I’ve been following on Incredible Hulk is to make EVERY ISSUE a horror and action showcase for the rockstar artists I’ve been so fortunate to work with,” Johnson told Marvel.com. “I’ve pulled out all the stops to ensure readers don’t miss out on a single page of this book’s potential: new lore, new monsters, fan-favorite guest appearances from across the Marvel U, the most jaw-dropping fights imaginable, the gnarliest transformations Hulk has ever experienced… I want this to be a run that readers never forget. And when my editors asked for a Giant-Size Incredible Hulk one-shot, I knew we had to ramp all that up even more.”

Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Nic Klein will put the Hulk against an army of monsters.
The Hulk will get back to his monstrous roots in The Incredible Hulk, which Marvel will relaunch this summer by Phillip Kennedy Johnson (Action Comics) and Nic Klein (Thor).
The Incredible Hulk will see “a legion of the world’s most depraved creatures” coming after the Hulk, as the unite in “a fiendish new scheme” led by a mysterious immortal.
“The significance that we’re finally bringing back the classic title Incredible Hulk is not lost on me. It’s a tremendous honor, and Nic and I have the clearest possible vision for what we want to do with this story,” Johnson said. “Nic Klein is a genius, and working with him is pushing me to write a story worthy of his very best.”

Marvel will release a series of variant covers featuring Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and other characters as Marvel heroes.
For the past few years it’s felt like you’ve been more likely to find Mickey Mouse on the covers of comics published by other comics companies rather than the one Disney actually owns, but that will change next year.
As a part of Disney’s “100 Years of Wonder” event, Marvel will publish a series of variant covers featuring Mickey Mouse and company, starting with Amazing Spider-Man #17 in January. 100 Years of Wonder celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company.
The covers mash-up Mickey and his pals with classic Marvel covers, including classic issues of Avengers, Fantastic Four and Hulk, with a fun What If? twist on each of them:
